Thanks to everyone for putting up with my pity party yesterday. I'm still adjusting to a new diagnosis, new meds and life in general, but I'll get over it. I've got a lot to be thankful for, just have to remember that sometimes.
A friend sent me this link the other day - I thought it was pretty funny. Funny and frighteningly true...

Oh, and by the way, if anyone is interested in a chance to win a free copy of my e-book, you can see the details at my other blog.

Okay, I've had it.
Honestly, I am the most non-political person you could ever find. Truly. So much so, that most would consider me irresponsible in that area. In my defense, I'll say it was the 20+ years I spent as a Jehovah's Witness that made me so. (They aren't allowed to even have political opinions - I kid you not - and at this point, I'm so far out of the loop of political machinations that I'll never catch up.)
Nevertheless, if I see one more press release that illustrates Bush's blatant attempts to justify an invasion of Iran, I'm going to start writing letters to the Canadians, the Swedes, the Danes, the Australians--even the Brits who are tired of it all, too, and BEG them to invade the U.S. to liberate us from our mad dictator. Would some lovers of liberty please come save us?
